ALL AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER

THE ALL AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER I THINK IS A CLASSIC ,BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUN TO MAKE IT WITH A TWIST.I HOPE YOU ENJOY!

Ingredients 

2 1/2 LBS. GROUND ROUND
2 ENVELOPES OF ONION & MUSHROOM RECIPE SOUP & DIP MIX
2 TEASPOONS SALT
1 TEASPOON SEASONED SALT
1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 CUP ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS
1 AVOCADO
1/4 CUP SUTTER HOME MERLOT
1/2 CUP CHILI SAUCE
1(36 OZ. BOTTLE OF KETSUP)
1 (8OZ. BLOCK OF CHEESE)
NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY
6 TEASPOONS COLAVITA VIRGIN OIL
1 PKG. KAISER SANDWICH BUNS
VEG. OIL FOR GRILL

Instructions 

IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL COMBINE 2 1/2 LBS. OF HAMBURGER,POUR IN BOTH ENVELOPES OF ONION & MUSHROOM MIX,ADD 2 TEASPOONS SALT, I TEASPOON OF SEASONED,1 TABLESPOON WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE,1 CUP OF ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS,THEN MIX WELL WITH A FORK. NEXT YOU WILL CUT YOUR AVOCOADO IN HALF, REMOVE PIT AND SCOOP OUT THE INSIDES OF AVOCADO. THEN PLACE THE AVOCADO THAT HAS BEEN SCOOPED OUT INTO THE BOWL OF MEAT MIXTURE, MIX WELL INTO THE MEAT SO THE AVOCADO IS MIXED THOURGHLEY IN MEAT MIX.THEN ADD 1/4 CUP SUTTER HOME MERLOT,1/2 CUP CHILI SAUCE,MIX WELL.NEXT I WILL GET A COOKIE SHEET AND PLACE ON TOP PARCHMENT PAPER THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH OIL,THEN I USE A PYREX GLASS MEASURING CUP AND MEASURE OUT AROUND A CUP OF MEAT MIX AND FORM MY PATTIE THEN PLACE ON COOKIE SHEET,AFTER I PLACE 6 HAMBURGER PATTIES ON COOKIE SHEET I THEN PLACE ON TOP OF EACH HAMBURGER 3 TABLESPOONS OF KETSUP AND SPREAD IT COMPLETLEY ON TOP OF EACH ONE.THEN I SET MY HAMBURGER PATTIES ASIDE AND THEN OIL WELL WITH VEG. OIL THE RACKS OF MY GAS GRILL, THEN TURN THE GAS GRILL ON.WHY GAS GRILL IS HEATING UP I GRATE MY COLBY CHEESE I WILL NOT USE THE WHOLE 8 OZ. OF CHEESE THAT I GRATE BUT CLOSE.WHEN GRILL IS AROUND 400 TO 450 DEGREES I PLACE MY HAMBURGER PATTIE KETSUP SIDE DOWN ON GRILL, THEN WILL PLACE 3 TABLESPOONS OF KETSUP QUICKLY ON TOP OF EACH HAMURGER AND SPREAD COMPLETLEY OVER THE TOP OF EACH PATTIE. I COOK THE HAMBURGERS 6 MIN. ON EACH SIDE WITH LID DOWN (EXCEPT WHEN I WAS PUTTING KETSUP ON THE OTHER SIDE OF HAMBURGERS)SO MY HAMBURGERS TAKE ONLY 12 MIN. TO COOK.WHY THE HAMBURGERS ARE COOKING IS WHEN I MEASURE OUT ON A LARGE PLATE 1/4 CUP COLBY CHEESE FOR EACH HAMBURGER.(I MAKE 6 PILES OF 1/4 CUP CHEESE TO ADD TO HAMBURGERS IN LAST 2 MIN. OF COOKING TIME.)ALSO THIS IS THE TIME I GET MY HAMBURGER BUNS READY FOR THE GRILL TO TOAST ,I LIKE TO PUT 1/2 TEASPOON OF COLAVITA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ON INSIDE OF THE TOP AND BOTTOM BUN(JUST LIKE A LIGHT DRIZZLE)THEN PLACE THE INSIDE OF BUNS FACE DOWN ON GRILL TO TOAST ONLY TAKES 2- 3 MIN. TO TOAST ,IF GRILL STAYS BETWEEN 400 -450 DEGREES WHICH IS MED. TO MED .HIGH HEAT.WHEN I PLATE MY HAMBURGERS I PLACE MY CHEESEBURGER ON TOP OF BOTTOM BUN ,THEN WILL PLACE 3 TABLESPOONS OF KETSUP ON TOP OF CHEESEBURGER, THEN PLACE TOP OF BUN ON TOP OF CHEESEBURGER AND START EATING!

THIS CHEESEBURGER WHEN YOU CUT IT IN HALF LOOKS LIKE JUST HAMBURGER AND CHEESE, SO I THINK IT WOULD SUPRISE PEOPLE WHAT IS ALL IN IT.IT LOOKS PLAIN BUT IS FAR FROM IT .IT WOULD EVEN SATISFY I THINK PICKEY EATERS.THAT IS WHY ALL AMERICAN CHEESEBURGER IS WHY I NAMED IT, I THINK CHILDREN WOULD EVEN GO FOR IT!
