3 beef burger

This is a recipe that I came acrossed as a method of adding a whole lot of flavor to your burger, while cutting a little bit of the fat.

Ingredients 

1/2lb ground beef flank steak
1/2lb ground beef kidney
1/2lb ground beef (80% lean max)
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 Tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
2 finely minced garlic cloves

Instructions 

combine the 3 beef mixture into a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients. Begin shaping into patties. For added flavor brush with teriaki sauce before devouring. Makes about 6 1/4lb patties!
