1.5 lbs. Ground Turkey
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, finely chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1-1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6 slices mozzarella or jack cheese
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preheat grill on medium-high heat, lightly oil grate
Mix turkey, chopped onion, cilantro, chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Form into 6 patties.
Cook patties on grill, approximately 4 minutes per side, flipping only once. Melt cheese on patties approximately 2 minutes before patties are finished cooking. Serve on toasted bun of your choice.
