Portabella mushroom garden burger patties
old hlickory smoked salt
sautaed fresh mushrooms
Sliced mozzarella cheese
herbed foccia bread
pickels, lettuce, ketchup, mustand, manonase, relish, etc
Spray the pan with canola cooking spray, put garden burgers in, lightly sprinkle the hickory salt, when almost done put sliced mozarealla cheese on them to melt. While the burgers are cooking saute fresh mushrooms in butter until tender. Take out burgers and put on the foccia bread and pile on the mushrooms and sliced avacado along with all your favorite condiments. Serve with home made sweet potato fries.
