Wine Varietal: Pinot Grigio
2 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons teriyaki glaze
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 Bag of pre-shredded cole slaw without dressing
2 tablespoons mayo (for bun)
6 English muffins
Preheat a grill for high heat.
In a medium bowl, lightly mix together the ground beef, Hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Handling the meat minimally, form into 6 patties. Brush top of each patty with some teriyaki glaze as it’s finishing cooking.
Place the patties on the grill grate, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.
While cooking, poach eggs in water. When eggs are done but still have runny yoke place on patty and add a couple drops of soy sauce onto the eggs themselves.
Once done. Grill or Toast up muffins and spread with mayo. Top the patty with egg on it generously with cole slaw and enjoy!
