No Mess Chili (with beans) Cheese Burger

Meat, Chili, Cheese, Onions. What’s not to love?


2.5 pound of ground chuck
.5 pounds of Jimmy Dean spicy sausage
1 can chili beans
1 smal pan
2 packets of Williams Chipotle spice
Montreal steak spice
1 small can of tomato paste
1 medium yellow onion
12 slices real chedder cheese
Small bottle tabasco sauce
6 Kaiser rolls/buns.

Cut 6 rings off onion and reserve. Dice rest of onion.
Combine meats, 2 packets of chili spice, diced onion and can of tomato paste.
Form into 6 patties.
Shake 3-4 “shakes” of Montreal spice onto each burger.
Grill and turn burgers until they reach internal temperature of 160 degrees.

Heat beans in pan while burgers cooking.

Place 2 slices of cheese onto burgers.
Place both sides of buns onto grill for 2 minutes.

Place burger onto buns.
**Douse with tabasco sauce if you like it spicer
Top with 1-2 spoonfuls of chili beans
Top with onion.
Top with bun. Serve.
