Wine Varietal: Chardonnay
Lots of great Italian places to eat and its my favorite country to visit!
2lbs Angus ground beef
canola oil for grill
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 cup good quality vodka spagetti sauce
2 tablespoons minced onion
kosher salt and black pepper
6 quality hamburger buns, toasted
1 bag arugula blend bag salad
1 head of Belgian endive, chopped
2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons good quality balsalmic vinegar
Preheat a gas grill to med high or prepare a med-hot fire in a charcoal grill .
Mix together first seven ingredients being sure to not over mix.
Form 6 patties
When grill is ready , brush grill rack with canola oil and grill burgers 5-7 min on each side . Place buns cut side down , on the outer edges of the grill rack to toast lightly during the last 2 min of grilling.
In a medium bowl toss arugula salad mix with chopped endive, balsamic vinegar and olive oil
When burgers are done assemble burger on bun and place a large handful of salad on top of each burger add top of bun and serve.
