Cornucopia Cobbler

Wine Varietal: Pinot Noir

Raise your glass and give thanks for the Cornucopia Cobbler, a simply elegant cranberry-infused cocktail made with Sutter Home Pinot Noir. Smooth and not too tart, it’s perfect for fall entertaining, a gathering with the girls, or a cozy evening in front of the fire.


  • 3 oz. Sutter Home Pinot Noir
  • 1 oz. orange juice
  • 1 oz. pineapple juice
  • 8-10 fresh cranberries
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar


In the bottom of a tall collins glass, muddle the cranberries and sugar. (No muddler? In a bowl, use a spoon to crush the cranberries with the sugar, then transfer to the glass.) Add all other ingredients and ice. Pour back and forth from glass to a mixing glass 3 times to combine. Garnish with a spear of three cranberries.
