Wine Varietal: Merlot
This is a greatAmerican burger because it is a burger version of a cllassic but easy dinner.
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 greenpepper (finely minced)
1/2 large onion (finely minced)
1/2 cup marinara sauce (your favorite)
1 clove garlic
First finely mince greenpepper and onion.
saulte 1 garlic clove
Add minced greenpeppers until slightly softene then add minced oniions.Let cool completely.
Mix cooled veggie mixture to ground beef, add sause, and patty out six burgers. Let burgers form in refridgerator for 30 minutes before cooking.
Remove from fridge and grill through.
Top with sliced Provolone cheese.
