1. Slice the chicken tight
2. Heat the pan and put the removed skin and fat into the pan.
3. As the fat coming out, used the fat to fry onion.(take off the fried skin away)
4. Fry the chicken meat. At this moment add black papper, salt and sugar. When the chicken is ready, combine the onion, green onion and add some yakitory sauce.
