Wine Varietal: White Zinfandel
Everyone loves to eat! So for the hunters out there, these are great . I come from a family of hunters it’s fun to try out new recipe’s.
2 lbs ground venison
4 oz Kraft montery jack/colby mix, finely shreded cheese
1 envelope Good Seasons dry ranch salad dressing mix.7oz
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 tablespoons onion flakes
1/2 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
heirloom tomato slices
slices of red onion
wheat hamburger buns
5 aged hickory chips
Mix venison ,bread crumbs,dry ranch salad dressing,onion flakes,pepper and cheese together,form into patties.Makes 8 burgers.
while grill is heating up soak hickory chips in water.
Add drained hickory chips to coals.
Cook burgers to desired doness, lightly toast buns while burgers are cooking. Serve with the condiments. Enjoy
