I started a catering business and was looking for a way to jazz up a barbecue when my wife gave me a bag of avacados. She does not like whole avacado pices but love them mashed up.
My husbands family uses the sweet and sour sauce as a dipping sauce for egg rolls (Lumpia) that they learned to make while stationed in Manila in the 1950's.
