Burgers are a favorite menu item in our house. In an attemp to add variety I started making turkey burgers. I started by seasoning them in the same manner that I would a beef burger.

I created this burger as an alternative to beef. Since we live in Texas, I incorporated some of the Southwest flavors of this fine state.
