A juicy, delicious burger to enjoy often!
Summer is produce time here in the Midwest, and this burger includes all the wonderful treasures from the earth.
I came up with this recipe with what was available in my fridge. Of course there are all sorts of alterative items that could be used, whatever you may like.
I don't like red meat and my husband does! For that reason we had to come up with a tasty burger that we would both eat.
Don't let the turkey fool you. This is a turkey burger that can pair well with any of the Sutter Home heartier red wines as the seasonings are able to hold their own.
I developed this recipe along with my two daughters Emma 9 and Julia 7, at our cottage on Rumsey Road in Au Gres, Michigan.
