A trip to the Bahamas introduced us to Coconut fried shrimp. I try to avoid fried foods but loved the taste, so started experimenting with how to grill an entry that would taste similar.

An any time any place burger. Especially good for the camp grounds. No need to keep your fish refrigerated. You can whip it together in minutes.
It is extermely fast, inexpensive, healthy, and less than 6 ingredients to prepare.
I love salmon, but Ive always thought that the burgers that you get from the store were missing something
