I love Brie. I love hamburgers. I saw the contest advertised in Sunset Magazine and knew I wanted to do a burger incorporating Brie.
As Americans discover the regional food craze, I can't get much closer to home than my kitchen and herb gardens. Both gardens are directly off my kitchen, accessible through French doors.
I had an appetizer with similar ingredients and thought it would make a terrific burger!
i have been working on a chicken burger with some zing...not from habaneros but via thai/indian spices..so thru experimenting with varying amounts of certain ingredients i have found our family win
