this is a burger combination i came up with for a new spring menu @ my cafe. a regular customer; (and good friend) raves @ these burgers & since has convinced me to enter the recipe.
This burger was inspired by my husband, a hunter. We love venison and this is a wonderful, tasty way to have a burger.
