In “Two Turns From Zero,” Stacey describes how she completely changed her eating habits, almost overnight. One of the biggest changes she made was to no longer order in, choosing to cook most of her own meals instead. The most important thing Stacey learned from her new way of eating is, don’t let cooking intimidate you. Have some friends over when you’re cooking new recipes for the first time, and make it an impromptu party. Get creative and experiment. Make it your own − and have fun.
