A capsule full of hope
It's October and hope is in the air. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month Sutter Home's Capsules for Hope® program is back, better than ever. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month began as a weeklong event in 1985. While working to raise national awareness for the past two decades, the folks at NBCAM want women to make it personal by practicing regular self-breast exams, scheduling an annual mammogram and knowing the facts about recurrence.
