Lee said it best when she described her enthusiasm for starting a women’s group: “…It wouldn’t be a book club, and not a political group, not a feminist organization. Just women we liked and respected and thought we could learn something from, meeting every so often to talk about issues of interest to us. Quite a modest agenda. Little did we know we were planting the first seeds of a beautiful garden.” In honor of the Saving Graces, give each of your guests packets of seeds to plant at their homes. It will remind them of the group and since spring time is most definitely in the air, it’s a perfect time to begin planting your own seeds to a beautiful garden.

Isabel was the first Saving Grace member to host the group. Her featured dish was Thai chicken in a peanut sauce.
