Wine Pairing
If you are preparing the Heirloom Tomatoes, go with Sutter Home Sauvignon Blanc. Chill it down about an hour before your guests arrive and it will be perfect. The grassiness of the wine will enhance the flavors of the tomatoes and the remaining ingredients. If your guests are fans of red wine, have them try Sutter Home Pinot Noir. It pairs well with the roasted veggie dish too!
