Wine Pairing
Sauvignon Blanc is known as a food-friendly wine. That being said, the balsamic vinegar used in the recipe is on the acidic side, so you want to avoid acidic wines (read: Pinot Grigio.) A well-chilled glass of Sutter Home Sauvignon Blanc will do just the trick for this summer salad.
